On July 10^th to 11^th, Ma Xuyao, Chairman of Fast Group, went to Eaton and Caterpillar. Both parties jointly explored industry development and planed future cooperation.

On July 10^th, Chairman Ma Xuyao conducted an on-site inspection at Eaton and had friendly talks with Pete Denk, President of Eaton Vehicles and Vehicle Electrification Group. They introduced each other's business development and had in-depth discussions on the expansion of the commercial vehicle market, future technological development trends, and other aspects.

After the meeting, Ma Xuyao drove the vehicle with Eaton's AMT transmission and differential gear, visited Eaton's Test Center and Trial Production center.    

On the morning of July 11th, Chairman Ma Xuyao and Bart Christopher Myers, Global Senior Vice President of Caterpillar, attended the first board meeting of Xi'an FC Intelligence Transmission Co. Ltd. in 2024. Both parties fully recognize the operational achievements of the joint venture in the first half of the year and make strategic arrangements and arrangements for strengthening cooperation with each other in the future.

Both parties have reached a consensus to continue strengthening collaborative research and development, improving quality and efficiency, precise docking, expanding new paths and tracks of cooperation in multiple fields, and promoting the joint venture to achieve great-leap forward development.

In the afternoon of that day, Ma Xuyao visited Caterpillar's Customer Center and gained insight in Caterpillar's development history and main products.
