Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Shaanxi Province released the list of 2025 Typical Digital Application Scenarios. The "Data Element-Driven Intelligent Manufacturing Factory for High-End Commercial Vehicle Transmissions", declared by Fast Group as the main applicant with Intelligent Factory as the application scenario, has been successfully selected, demonstrating the company’s benchmark strength in the field of industrial digital transformation.

Supported by cloud computing, big data, mobile internet, IoT and AI, the scenario applies six core technologies: digital twin, green manufacturing, interconnection of all things, intelligent decision-making, lights-out production and closed-loop data. It connects four major data closed loops covering R&D, manufacturing, quality and logistics, realizing 100% interconnection of more than 300 types of production factors and real-time collection of over 1,000 kinds of data.

Through collaborative innovation among industry, university, research and application, the scenario has overcome core technologies such as intelligent process generation and full-closed-loop intelligent manufacturing. Remarkable results have been achieved, including a 72% increase in production efficiency, 20% shorter delivery cycle and 14% reduction in energy consumption, realizing a win-win situation between economic benefits and green development.

Its products are widely matched with more than 200 domestic and foreign OEMs including FAW, Dongfeng and Daimler Mercedes-Benz. The systematic solution has been extensively promoted and applied across the upstream and downstream industrial chain.
